I’m Michelle Mushtaq, founder of The Healing Journey. I am a Professional member of International Association for Counseling and International Associations of Therapists.
I had my own journey of battling with Depression and Anxiety. Having personally battled depression, I deeply understand the struggles one faces. This experience, combined with my extensive qualifications, fuels my empathy and commitment to helping others find their path to healing and growth.
